Lowfield’s invests in Mental Health First Aid Training

We are proud to announce that we now have six trained Mental Health First Aiders at Lowfield Timber Frames: Darren Jarman, Adam Tudor, Andy Jarman, Wayne Porter, Gemma Davies, and Paul Tipton.

Each has successfully completed their Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, equipping them with the skills to recognise the triggers and signs of mental health challenges. They now have the confidence to step in, offer reassurance and support, and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help when needed.

There are plenty of different types of support out there, and an MHFAider® can help you access them.

MHFAiders are a point of contact if you, or someone you are concerned about, are experiencing poor mental health or emotional distress. They are not therapists or psychiatrists, but they can give you initial support and signpost you to appropriate help if required.

This year, Lowfield Timber Frames is also proud to be fundraising for Ponthfren, a local mental health charity dedicated to providing vital support services in our community.
