Lowfield Timber Takes on the Chirk 10K
This weekend, three of our fantastic Lowfield Timber team members took on the challenge of the Chirk 10K — and what a test it turned out to be!
With the sun blazing and temperatures hitting a sweltering 30°C, this year’s event was one of the hottest on record. But that didn’t stop our determined trio from crossing the finish line with grit, good humour, and plenty of sweat!
We proudly partnered with Adrenaline Sports to support brilliant local events like this one that bring the community together and promote healthy, active living. It’s an honour to help raise funds for three incredible local charities close to our hearts.
Together, these organisations provide vital support across Mid Wales and the borders — from cancer services to mental health and wellbeing. We’re honoured to support their work through our fundraising efforts.
With a scenic route and great atmosphere, the Chirk 10K delivered — despite the intense heat. Huge congratulations to everyone who took part, and a big well done to our team for doing Lowfield Timber proud.
