Timber Frame Homes – New Build Development
Lowfield Timber Frames started on site at Bilston Urban Village in August 2019. By the summer of 2020 we had supplied and erected 203 houses and a block of 24 apartments, this is one of many large schemes we are working on with Countryside Properties.
Bilston Urban Village is a flagship development for Wolverhampton and the wider Black Country. It aims to showcase the area’s ability to deliver a sustainable and mixed-use housing development. The creation and management of high-quality ‘green spaces’ will be an asset for both local communities and biodiversity.
