We provide the structural design and engineering based on your architects drawings, specification and requirements, to achieve the most financially efficient outcome for a structurally sound build.

Our packages come on a supply only or a supply and erect basis. Off-site construction allows panels to be manufactured at the same time you are preparing for them on site.

Here at Lowfield Timber Frames we can work to any specification or building regulation standard. We can help you achieve the U-values and calculations you require.

Being ISO accredited means quality is assured, from materials used, to assembly of panels, through to snagging (checking for defects) on site after erection. We are PEFC registered which means we have full chain of custody using sustainably sourced products.

Lowfields have achieved passivhaus certification on a range of projects. We have worked closely with local councils and main contractors to provide much needed low energy social housing specified to passivhaus standards.

We have also worked on a number of passivhaus and low carbon schools.

Costs & Quotations

Commercial Timber Frame Buildings

 

Drawings can be submitted via post, email or in person.

We require Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Site and Location Plans as a minimum to provide a thorough quotation.

After appraisal, a confirmation email will be sent providing you with your unique reference number.

A written quotation will typically be provided within 10 – 14 working days of receiving your drawings.

We are proud to be an STA Assure Gold member. The accreditation highlights the differing levels of quality procedures, management systems and product performance standards, together with external accreditations.

This scheme offers reassurances to the construction community that we meet or even exceed current legislation and regulatory requirements. As an STA member we operate to Site Safe scheme, ensuring construction is both safe and sustainable.

 

  

CATG ISO 9001 Registered

CATG is one of the UK’s leading timber and construction certification. ISO 9001 quality management system ensures greater efficiency and consistent control of major business processes. There is regulation of successful working practices leading to increased customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 allow greater consistency in the quality of products and services.

PEFC

PEFC’s Chain of Custody certification is a mechanism for tracking certified material from the forest to the final product to ensure that the wood, wood fibre or non-wood forest produce contained in the product or product line can be traced back to certified forests.

It is an essential part of the PEFC system which ensures that claims about products originating in sustainably managed forests are credible and verifiable throughout the whole supply chain. It is used to certify entities all along the value-chain of forest-based products.
