TIMBER FRAME APPLICATIONS

Timber Frame panel systems can be used in a number of structural and non structural applications as follows.

Timber Frame 89mm.

  • External load bearing walls sheathed with or without OSB3.
  • Internal load bearing walls sheathed with or without OSB3.
  • Internal load bearing party walls between properties (to Robust Standard Details spec).
  • Gable / Spandrel panels sheathed with or without OSB3.
  • Twin Skin wall system.

The 140mm external panels can also be supplied with factory fitted rigid insulation materials if required:

Timber Frame 140mm.

  • External load bearing walls sheathed with or without OSB3.
  • Internal load bearing walls sheathed with or without OSB3.
  •  ............Gable / Spandrel panels sheathed with or without OSB3.
  •  .............External Infill cladding panels between / over steel columns and posts.
  • External infill panels between concrete floors and posts.

Some other uses.

  • Is commonly used as a structural wall envelope to carry either a Trussed Rafter systems (Trusses) or SIPS roof.
  • Additional wall panel thicknesses are availalable such as 194mm and 219mm.
