SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel Systems), have been used successfully in UK construction for more than 10 years in both commercial and domestic applications. The same technology has been used in house building across the USA for nearly 50 years and is widely accepted there as a standard building method.

The UK construction market's appetite for modern energy efficient, affordable buildings, such as the types constructed using SIPS increases daily and having seen this opportunity unfold, Lowfield Timber Frames Ltd has invested heavily in our business to develop the facility, machinery, materials, infrastructure and also staff to deliver this modern high specification method of construction to our customers.

We believe that the TEK Building System from Kingspan Insulation Ltd is the most comprehensive, detailed, tested and researched SIP system available on the market today. The back up and support that we receive from Kingspan, and are therefore able to offer you our customer is both excellent and unrivalled.

We are able offer a quotation on any SIPS project located in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales and undertake projects as small as a low complexity extension10m2² extension, through to a 1000m² plus multi storey school or flatted development.
